I think it's time for Nike to pull funding if they refuse to show how they selected the national team and how fair was it. If they selected the best then show us the criteria. If they selected just because one has possiblity of getting 6 gold's medals but has the weakest stats of all 12 selectees that's rostered including 3 standbys. 15 players total and yet their are still better players that wasn't selected. Major bias and these 5 board members are not selecting the best for our country but for possiblities and the glory of an aging 5 gold medalist player whom is rank 20 ++ in the league. This selection board must have a open and transparent selection with all criteria and point systems shown. This National XX Basketball TEAM (emphasizing team) is a fassad and was not made just for an individual aging athlete to get the glory while handicapping the National XX Team. If this council wants to be fair and transparent with how the selection process occured and it duly swears that selection process was not bias and the best is representing USA prove it. If not, then people, fans and concern citizens will continue to boycott WNBA and the Olympic XX Basketball Team for not sending the best. Then I pray Nike withholds funding till an open non bias selection process occurs with the best National XX Basketball Team going to represent U.S.A. giving us a better chance of winning.
